Our Practice
Durden Law, PA is a small practice that focuses on real estate transactions, estate planning, and legal consultation.
The majority of the practice is preparing conveyances on real property. A quit-claim deed between family members, or possibly adding someone to title for estate planning purposes. We can also create Land Trusts, Life Estates, Enhanced Life Estates, Limited Liability Companies, Corporations, and advise on the pros and cons of each.
The firm can also prepare wills, trusts, and advise on basic estate planning.

Our Team
Jayson L. Durden, Esq.
Jayson has been practicing law since October of 2006. He practiced in the areas of Criminal Prosecution and Criminal Defense for his first ten years of practice. In addition to Criminal Law, Jayson also practiced operation law in Ramadi, Iraq as a Battalion Judge Advocate for 2nd Battalion, 8th Marines, 2nd Marine Division. He served as Professor of Criminal Law, TJAGLCS/UVA School of Law, specializing in Rights of the Accused and Trial Advocacy.
Since 2015, Jayson has focused his practice on Lending, Corporate Law, and Real Estate.
